Pilates Reformer

The Wunda Chair is a compact, versatile apparatus that consists of a small platform, a foot pedal, and a set of resistance springs. The Wunda Chair is particularly effective for strengthening the core, improving balance, and rehabilitating injuries and for developing functional movement patterns.

Ladder Barrel

The Pilates Ladder Barrel is a piece of equipment used in Pilates workouts that consists of a barrel-shaped structure with rungs and a ladder attached to it. The barrel is curved and padded to support the spine, and the rungs and ladder can be adjusted to accommodate different body sizes and exercise variations. Core Align

The Gyrotonic® Tower is a specialised exercise machine that is designed to provide a full-body workout through a series of flowing, circular movements. Gyrotonic® Jumping Stretching Board

The Gyrotonic® Jumping Stretching Board provides a full-body workout through a combination of stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercises. Users can perform a wide range of exercises while lying down or sitting on the board.


The Pilates Surfset is a specialised piece of exercise equipment that simulates the experience of surfing on a wave. The Surfset was developed with the aim of providing a fun and engaging way to improve core strength, balance, and stability. By mimicking the movements involved in surfing, the Surfset challenges the body in new and unique ways, while also providing a full-body workout.


This product works by activating the user’s core stabilising muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. This active response in the user helps achieve ‘neutral spine’, a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions.
