Designed by pro-hockey players in America, the Surf Set was created to maintain the core stability and strength that was gained through the off season by surfing instead of gym work. The Surfset offers a challenging full body workout which is a combination of balance, strength and cardio-vascular exercises.

For rehabilitation, it can be used to re-educate proprioception, balance, shoulder & ankle stability as well as strengthening core stability.

This product works by activating the user’s core stabilising muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication. This active response in the user helps achieve ‘neutral spine’,  a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions.

Designed by Physiotherapist Jonathan Hoffman, this unique piece of apparatus is designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement patterns. It stimulates the core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing, while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core controlled aerobic training. The CoreAlign is used for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, performance enhancement and as a regular sport for a healthy lifestyle. Based on similar principles to Pilates, the CoreAlign adds another functional dimension that complements the Pilates Method.

Power Plate

Engineered to activate the body’s natural reflexive response to vibration, Power Plate’s vibrating platform moves 25 to 50 times per second to engage muscles in a consistent, and controlled manner. (The vibrations move in three directions: up/down, forwards/backwards, and side-to-side.) As a result, Power Plate is able to accelerate training with high performance results, enabling anyone seeking greater fitness levels to achieve their potential faster and more efficiently.
